The adapted recipes generated by our AI are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any adapted recipes before use.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

We offer a free tier with basic features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

6.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as stated at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel
• Price changes with 30 days notice

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Recipe Remixer is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. We do not guarantee that adapted recipes meet specific dietary needs or are safe for individuals with food allergies or medical conditions. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.

8.3 AI Limitations

Our AI technology may make errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of adapted recipes. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any recipe before serving it to others.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECIPE REMIXER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recipe Remixer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your recipes.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party services including DeepSeek for AI processing, Supabase for data storage, and Lemon Squeezy for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Turkey and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
